Application Instructions Heat Press Cover the design with a PTFE sheet, parchment, or butcher paper. Preheat the garment for 2–3 seconds. Press at 305°F / 150°C. Using a Cricut EasyPress? Add roughly 30°F. Apply medium pressure for 15–20 seconds. Peel the carrier warm (preferred) or cold. Home Iron Set the iron between the Cotton and Linen settings. Cover the design with a PTFE sheet, parchment, or butcher paper. Press on a flat, hard surface — not an ironing board. Apply medium to firm pressure for 15–20 seconds.
