You may steep the BATH BAG as you would tea, in 1 cup of hot water for up to 20 minutes. Allow the tea to cool then add it to a shallow bath (or sits kit). Alternatively, you may place the filled BATH BAG on a bathtub faucet & allow comfortably warm water t run over it while you fill the tub to hip level. You may also toss a filled BATH BAG into warm water, agitating the bag if necessary, so the salts dissolve the botanicals infuse.
