Six Eighty Cellars was founded on the west side of Cayuga Lake in 2020. Six Eighty is a reference to the distance from the bottom of the lake to the uppermost point of the vineyard . They focus on using alternative aging vessels and other unexpected styles. One of the few wineries to grow Gamay, they use some of it to make this rosé.
