A ring that calls out for summer sunshine from atop a mermaid's hand. These rings are made from some of the rarer hues of kyanite, teal and minty green with dark blue swirling through some of them. Set atop a half-round band for comfort. ☀ US Ring Size - 8☀ The half-round band measures 3mm wide, fits true to size.☀ Keep in mind that these kyanites have an icy, crackly depth to them, which means that some have some surface fissures, pits, and crackles where the inner textures touch the surface. It is these variations and imperfections which denote their handcrafted nature and individual character, specially made for every wearer.______________________________________________♥ To create my antiqued pieces, the sterling silver is oxidize until dark gray. Oxidation is a process that happens over time naturally to sterling silver. Then the piece is brushed and polished until the highlights are lighter and the lowlights are darkened. But this oxidization is not permanent, and will fade in the areas that rub, and stay dark in the recesses. The patina will change over time, making your piece unique to you, and growing more beautiful with wear.______________________________________________♥ Each item comes suitable for gift giving.
