It is a loose style with more room around the arms, chest and midsection Tshirts/Sw eaters: Waist - measured flat, from one side to the other side Chest - measured flat from one side to the other side Body Length - from the shoulder to the bottom of the top/jumper Joggers/Shorts: Waist - measured flat across the waist band.
