This is one of a series of posters based on haunting photographs of Museum objects by Charlie McKay. The effect is similar to a 17th century Dutch painting, combining an intense, s ombre atmosphere with extraordinary detail. This poster features two skulls, two hand amulets, a toad protection charm, a spirit house and a witch's sickle. All from this museums collection.
