The SkyDoor Hinged Access Rooflight is a sleek hinged rooflight designed for regular and safe roof terrace access. Operated at the touch of a button, its intelligent actuators synchronise opening so the unit opens up to 87° in a smooth, controlled motion, and it can be paused mid-travel to also serve as a natural ventilation rooflight. Its design utilises a drive system (rather than folding arms), creating a clearer exit and supporting larger opening sizes with reduced structural stress. Designed with thermally broken framework and integrated proximity detectors (for obstruction safety), the SkyDoor conceals all control electronics, drives, and power supply within the frame, preserving clean internal and external lines. Optional extras include remote control, rain sensors, thermostat integration, BMS connectivity, and more.
