The SkyJet M-08 is the single-phase ground power unit of a WasherDrone façade cleaning system. It runs from a standard 230 V supply at 15 A, which means it can be deployed on sites where no three-phase connection exists — residential buildings, historic city centres, remote installations. It draws from four independent liquid sources, raises the fluid to 150 bar, and heats it to 90 °C through a diesel-fired 316L coil before delivering it up to 300 m to the airborne lance. Key benefits No three-phase required. A standard 230 V circuit at 15 A is enough — sites that cannot host a 400 V unit stay workable. Single-operator capable. With the optional SkyControl remote, the pilot runs pump, burner and auxiliaries from the flight position. Full working day on one tank. The 20 L diesel tank gives roughly four hours of continuous heated operation — a normal cleaning day without refuelling. Hot water beyond mains power. A diesel-fired coil delivers the 42 kW of thermal load needed for 90 °C while the pump runs on ordinary site power. Four independent inlets. How it works The SkyJet stays on the ground while the drone works the façade. All fluid handling, heating and pressure generation happen inside the unit; the aircraft carries only the lance and the hose. Select the source: Open one or more of the four manifold inlets: mains water, purified water, or either chemical line. Rear inlets mirror the front. Pressurise and heat: The plunger pump raises the fluid to 150 bar; the diesel burner brings it up to the temperature set on the panel thermostat, to 90 °C. Deliver: Fluid leaves through the hose reel and travels up to 300 m to the lance carried by the drone. A dedicated 20 A circuit with residual current protection is required. Extension leads must not be used; confirm earthing before connection. Generator operation. Allow at least 10 kVA. Direct-on-line starting draws six to seven times running current, so undersized generators will trip on start. Delivered conditions. Stated figures are measured at the unit; a 300 m run arrives about 20 K cooler and at lower pressure. Size hose bore for the intended run. Heated operation. Diesel only. Match the temperature rating of the connected hose and lance before running above ambient temperature. Throughput. At 8 L/min this unit is sized for accessibility rather than volume. Use only seal-compatible chemicals and flush the circuit after every cycle. Frost protection. Do not expose to frost. Circulate antifreeze at the end of work in freezing conditions.
