The SkyJet T-15 is the three-phase ground power unit of a WasherDrone façade cleaning system. Its 5.5 kW motor delivers 15 L/min at 150 bar — close to double the flow of the single-phase M-08 — for contractors working large surfaces continuously. It draws from four independent liquid sources and heats the flow to 90 °C through a diesel-fired 316L coil before delivering it up to 300 m to the airborne lance. A 400 V three-phase supply is required. Key benefits Nearly double the flow. 15 L/min against 8 L/min on the M-08 — the difference shows on large façades and multi-day contracts. Sized for continuous duty. A 5.5 kW three-phase motor runs at around 9 A, well inside its rating, rather than at the edge of a single-phase circuit. Single-operator capable. With the optional SkyControl remote, the pilot runs pump, burner and auxiliaries from the flight position. Hot water beyond mains power. A diesel-fired coil delivers the 78 kW of thermal load needed for 90 °C at full flow while the pump runs on site power. Four independent inlets. Mains water, purified water and two chemical lines, opened independently and duplicated front and rear. In-house pump. Manufactured by WasherDrone; seal kits, valves and service parts come direct. How it works The SkyJet stays on the ground while the drone works the façade. All fluid handling, heating and pressure generation happen inside the unit; the aircraft carries only the lance and the hose. Select the source: Open one or more of the four manifold inlets: mains water, purified water, or either chemical line. Rear inlets mirror the front. Pressurise and heat: The plunger pump raises the fluid to 150 bar; the diesel burner brings it up to the temperature set on the panel thermostat, to 90 °C. Deliver: Fluid leaves through the hose reel and travels up to 300 m to the lance carried by the drone. A 400 V three-phase supply on a 16 A three-pole circuit with residual current protection. Sites without three-phase should use the SkyJet M-08. Generator operation. Allow at least 20 kVA. Direct-on-line starting draws six to seven times running current; a soft starter reduces this where supply is weak. Fuel autonomy at full flow. At 15 L/min the burner consumes about 9 L/h, so the 20 L tank gives roughly two hours of continuous heated operation. Plan refuelling into the work cycle. Delivered conditions. Stated figures are measured at the unit; a 300 m run arrives about 20 K cooler and at lower pressure. Size hose bore for the intended run. Heated operation. Diesel only. Match the temperature rating of the connected hose and lance before running above ambient temperature. Water, scale and chemicals. Clean the inlet filter and descale the coil periodically. Use only seal-compatible chemicals and flush the circuit after every cycle. Frost protection. Do not expose to frost. Circulate antifreeze at the end of work in freezing conditions. Handling and service. 200 kg dry — use lifting equipment. Check pump oil daily; service annually by an authorised technician. Shipping and customs duties are not included.
