This is Skylar, a funky sweater with a high-low hem, for spring and summer. It is an easy, interesting knit, and is worked in a combination of stockinette and reverse stockinette, in a cotton/alpaca blend yarn that holds its shape. The slipped stitch edge combined with a slipped stitch crochet seam gives tidy, defined vertical and horizontal seams that show on the outside. The three, multicoloured pockets add a whimsical dimension to this pullover. It takes 5 skeins of Illimani Sabri II (85% cotton/15% alpaca), plus small amounts of three colours of compatible yarn for the optional pockets.
