Skyline Core Freeride Paragliding Harness This very comfortable harness is built for “just-for-fun” pilots as well as for XC-Cracks. It is manufactured of high quality, light materials inclusive a complete foam airbag. Because of the free-sliding shoulder straps allow a much easier and more elegant way to fly with shifting the weight. Standing upright at the starting place and a very dynamic start are excellent possible. While the flight, every position could be changed very easy without adjusting - upright in the thermal, lying while accelerating - no problem! The Core has been updated with a longer seatboard, which fits better standard pilots! Skyline Core > Features Side covering with integrated bags Side chest strap runs through the carabiners; this, combined with the Diagonal Active System (DAS) results in a much more solid behaviour of the whole harness Side chest straps adjustable with trims Free-sliding shoulder straps allow the pilot to move in a comfortable upright position and different seat positions in flight without tiresome adjusting Free-sliding shoulder straps are adjustable by flat latches (FRS) Integrated speed system "Falling out"-Protection by Safe-T-System (STS) Five Leaf container under the seatboard (IRC) Rescue handle with special lock-system (SHL) Cover of the connection line is closed with a zipper (ZLC) Longer seatboard for more comfort Adjustable inclination of seatboard New shaped back pocket with circular zipper New design 17 foam protector Harness weight: approx 4,5 kg Optional side protectors DAS = Diagonal Active System Additional straps, running from the seatboard to the chest strap, which prevents strong tilting of the pilot. Flying by shifting the weight will not be restricted! FRS = Flexible Reclining System Individually adjustable pulley system for shoulder straps and/or side-chest straps. Makes active flying (by shifting the weight) easier and allows fast changing from upright into more lying position and reversed. Standing upright at the launching area is now possible. STS = Safe-T-System “Falling-out-protection“. The special hardware from AustriAlpin/Finsterwalder with click buckles, prevents that the pilot falls out of the harness if he forgets to fastening the leg loops. SHL = Secure Handle Lock Safe fixation of the rescue handle to the harness. Inserting a part of the handle into 2 pockets of the harness, ensures that the handle cannot be released by chance. Moreover is looks even better, when the handle lies tight to the harness. ZLC = Zipped Line Cover The bridle for the rescue chute is covered under a separate sheet. This sheet is closed by a zipper (without slider), not with a hook and loop fastener. This does even look better and also the opening is more reliable. The slider is kept in a pocket. For closing the zipper after a rescue deployment, close the zipper with the slider and don’t forget to removing the slider! IRC = Integrated Rescue Container Container for rescue chute integrated in the harness. In PGH mostly used as bottom container under the seatboard. In HGH between back plate and body.
