SkyMix 250 is a skid-mounted 250-litre tank that holds the cleaning solution for a façade cleaning shift and feeds it to the high-pressure ground unit under pressure. The operator adds the cleaning agent by hand through the 80 mm fill opening and tops the tank up with purified water. An integrated booster pump then delivers the mixed solution to the high-pressure pump inlet, so the pump is fed rather than left to draw from an unpressurised tank. The drone does not do the work. The drone carries the nozzle to height. The ground system does the work — and SkyMix keeps that ground system fed. Key benefits A full shift in one batch. 250 litres of prepared solution on the skid, so the crew is not stopping to mix between runs. The pump is fed, not starved. The integrated booster pump supplies the high-pressure unit under pressure instead of leaving it to draw from an unpressurised tank. Narrow enough to place. 360 mm across the front — it passes through a standard doorway and sits along a van wall rather than across the floor. Moves on its own skid. Integrated skid feet give pallet-truck and forklift access; no separate frame or pallet needed. How it works SkyMix holds the batch and moves it. The operator prepares the solution manually, and the integrated booster pump takes over from there — the high-pressure pump downstream receives a fed supply instead of having to lift water out of an open tank. Dose: Add the cleaning agent by hand through the 80 mm fill opening, following the agent manufacturer's dilution instructions. Fill: Top the tank up with purified water — from a SkyPure unit or another purified source — up to the level shown on the full-height sight tube. Feed: The integrated booster pump delivers the solution through the 3/4" outlet to the inlet of the high-pressure ground unit. The booster pump is not fitted with a dry-run cut-out. At full draw the tank empties in a matter of minutes, and running the pump dry will damage it. Keep the sight tube in view and switch the unit off before the tank runs empty. Keep chemical and pure-water duty separate. Once a tank has held a cleaning agent it should not be used for purified water; residue carries over and will show on the surface being rinsed. Use a separate unit for pure water. Confirm chemical compatibility. Check the compatibility of your cleaning agent with the tank and seal materials before use. The unit is supplied empty; cleaning agents are not included. Check the inlet rating of your pump. Confirm the maximum permitted inlet pressure of the high-pressure pump you are feeding, and set the booster pressure below that figure. Follow the agent manufacturer's dilution instructions. SkyMix holds and delivers a solution the operator prepares; it does not meter or dose. Mixing ratios are the responsibility of the operator. Check the load before placing the unit filled. Filled, the unit weighs approximately 330 kg over a 1200 × 360 mm footprint — roughly 765 kg/m². Verify floor, lift and vehicle load ratings before positioning. Electrical connection. The unit requires a 230 V single-phase supply. Connection and any residual-current protection are the responsibility of the operator and must follow local regulations. Drain and rinse after use. Drain the tank and rinse it through after each chemical batch; store the unit empty. Shipping and customs duties are not included.
