SL09 IncaA rare SL09, also known as Inca Gesha, from the high slopes of the Andes in Cusco, Peru.Grown by Dwight Aguilar Masias, a two-time Peru Cup of Excellence first-place winner, at Finca Nueva Alianza in Santa Teresa, La Convencion, Cusco. The farm sits on the eastern slope of the Andes at 1,800-1,900 masl, where SL09 is cultivated across just 1.5 hectares.Dark berry, red wine, rich chocolate, and dried fruit.Carefully processed: the cherries are de-pulped immediately after picking and fermented in enclosed steel tanks for 60 hours at tightly controlled temperatures between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius.
