This drop-in upgrade adds SLEDS to insert dependent placards and chest rigs from other brands. All SLEDS Velcro magazine inserts feature holes for pull-tab mounting, are hand-fitte d for consistent performance, and are edge-bound to prevent fraying. We offer variants for Spiritus Systems, Shaw Concepts, and Ferro placards and pouches. These inserts will also work with other placards as long as the Velcro pattern matches. The Spiritus and JSTA variants have hook Velcro sewn to both sides. The Shaw/Ferro variants have hook Velcro sewn to one side, and loop Velcro sewn to the other. SLEDS were designed to: Allow for smooth re-indexing and retrieval of magazines Provide a secondary elastic pocket for pens, small tools, chemlights, etc. Easily compress when empty Reduce bulk and weight.
