From the upcoming Michael Rault album "It's a New Day Tonight" out on Wick Records May 18th, 2018. “Sleep With Me” is a gorgeous Super-8 dream. "I wrote this song about dreams and sleeping, and escaping the realities of day-to-day life," says Rault. He recorded the song at Daptone’s House of Soul studio in Brooklyn with Wayne Gordon (King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Mark Ronson, Bruno Mars) engineering and co-producing, Rault on guitar and piano duties, Mikey Post (Naomi Shelton, Reigning Sound) on the drums, Benny Trokan (Charles Bradley, Lee Fields) on bass, and Gabe Roth AKA Bosco Mann on mixing and string arrangements.
