The SleepSense Body Position Sensor Kit (# 1571-Kit) includes: the Body Position Sensor / Key Connector (# 1571) and the body position band (# 1550). This sensor is designed with a key connector, suitable for most systems that accept key connectors. Using solid-state accelerometers, this SleepSense Body Position Sensor provides a signal that is directly proportional to the patient's sleeping posture (supine, prone, left, right, or sitting). The sensor may be connected to suitable high-level channels on the recorder. SleepSense Body Position Sensors are designed with an improved body attachment ensuring alignment of the sensor and body axis. Additionally, this sensor is designed with a key connector, making it suitable for most systems that accept key connectors.
