When this book was published in November 2003, the elusive 1st printing was sold out by the end of December. Small wonder given the acclaim of Aaron's previous legendary 1974 chron icle, A WONDERFUL TIME, which no one could get. This handsomely produced publication mines that earlier one reproducing many of the earlier photos, but is mostly new, with Aaron's delightful and informative text.
