Here's a neat device that uses a spiral mechanism to convert a rotary switch movement into a push-pull cable movement. Fits through a 11mm hole in any panel up to a maximum of 4mm thick. 54mm bezel dia. Cable length 1 mtr. Maximum 34mm movement of inner cable. Inner cable solid wire 1.2mm diameter.
