We start with our exceptional craft Gin, then patiently infuse it with plump, wild-harv ested Derbyshire sloe berries from ours and a neighbouring farm. The result after a year of steeping is a luxurious, deep crimson liqueur with a velvety-smooth texture and a perfect marriage of tart fruit and warming spice. Notes of almond, cherry, and rich plum lead to a satisfyingly long, dry finish. Perfect for sipping neat on a cold evening, mixing into a Sloe Gin Fizz, or Charlie Chaplin cocktail.
