Naturally decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane EA process, it offers a beautifully balanced cup with notes of cocoa, caramel, sugar cane sweetness, ripe banana, and crisp green apple. A bright citrus acidity is complemented by a delicate body and a long, lingering sweet finish. Sourced from smallholder producers in the coffee-growing region of Manizales, this lot earned an impressive 84.75 SCA score, proving that exceptional coffee doesn't need caffeine to shine.
