The Athena Throw is a limited-edition collaboration between Slowdown Studio and London-based fashion brand RIXO and was designed by London artist Ella Hunt. Inspired by Greek mythology, Greek artistry, and the visual language of Ancient Greece,the Athena throw feels alive with goddesses, serpents, and mythical animals. Featuring warm sun-bleached pastels with lavender, mustard, teal - this piece looks great thrown over a cream couch or the end of a bed in a room with a lot of natural texture like rattan, linen, terracotta. It's perfect for a beachside house - the sort of place with sandy floors and shells on the windowsill or for anyone wanting to bring a bit of that coastal energy indoors.Every Slowdown Studio throw starts as an original artwork.
