About the Artist Sydney Beach Zester is an abstract artist based on the coast of North Carolina. Using heirloom and vintage textiles, she explores concepts of duality: fast and slow, joy and sorrow, gusto and grief, giddy and grim. Sydney is constantly trying to strike a balance,through playful color and wonky shapes, that tugs those feelings out of the person viewingher work.
