Product Code: C09247 The Sludge Judge® Water Core Sampler System (Model C09247) is a professional sampling device designed to accurately measure sludge blanket depth and collect representative core samples of settleable solids in tanks, clarifiers, lagoons, ponds, and other non-caustic liquids. Constructed from durable 3/4-inch diameter PVC sections with a one-way float valve, the sampler captures a vertical core of the water column, allowing operators to clearly identify the interface between sludge and the overlying liquid. The standard unit includes three 5-foot sections that assemble into a 15-foot (4.6 m) sampler, with additional extension sections available for greater sampling depths. Measures sludge blanket depth with a representative vertical core sample. One-way float valve automatically seals the sample during retrieval. Modular 5-foot threaded sections allow easy transport and storage. Lightweight PVC construction provides excellent rigidity and corrosion resistance. Graduated pipe sections simplify depth measurement. Nylon retrieval rope attached to the top section. Extension sections are available for deeper tanks and lagoons.
