These are explained: Coconut oil provides great cleansing. Olive & Sunflower oils are mild and have nourishing properties. Castor oil is known to prevent hair loss and encourage hair growth. Cocoa Butter is an amazing hair conditioner and adds moisture to your hair naturally. Coconut milk is a natural hair conditioner for all hair types. Avocado is a 'hair mask'. It is loaded with nutrients that hydrates and adds shine to your hair. Rhassoul Clay, aka, Moroccan Red Clay is rich in minerals, it cleans, moisturizes and softens hair. It has been used for centuries. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar balances the pH, making this a fantastic shampoo bar which conditions and softens your hair. After Shampoo Rinse: The shampoo bar will condition your hair. There is no need for a commercial conditioner. It is common to use an Apple Cider Vinegar(ACV) or Lemon juice mixed with water. Use 1 part ACV to 3 parts water. It will balance the pH. The vinegar smell will disappear when your hair is dry. As you transition from commercial shampoo to the Avocado Shampoo Bar please be patient. If your hair is greasy and oily it may be that your hair is used to having it stripped of its natural sebum(and therefore overproducing it). It will eventually stop. In less than 2 weeks your hair will soften and be revitalized.
