Inspired by one of my favorite songs, Kiko + The Lavender Moon, this is the newest soak I've released in quite a while! I found this incredible sweet potato powder that gives it the most perfect lavender color, sprinkled in a few hibiscus flower petals, and then topped it off with lavender oil (of course!) and lemon that gives it this sweet but fresh, floral scent that is my latest obsession. Though this soak doesn't boast any incredible health benefits besides the basic epsom salt and essential oil properties, this was more of a passion project to create something new and just ~fun~. Sometimes self care can be simple and delightful and there's a beauty and benefit in just that. .............................................................................. SIZE: 4 oz. glass vial / 12 oz. kraft bag / 16 oz. glass bottle INGREDIENTS: Epsom Salt, Hibiscus Flowers*, Sweet Potato Powder*, Lavender Essential Oils*, Lemon Essential Oils* *organic BREAKDOWN OF INGREDIENTS: Epsom Salt- Epsom salt can aid with a number of ailments such as easing pain and inflammation, migraine headaches, cuts, and even assist with colds and congestion. It helps replenishes levels of magnesium which produce serotonin, a mood-elevating chemical within the brain that creates the feeling of calm and relaxation. It helps you reduce irritability and stress by lowering levels of adrenaline. It may help relieve pain and inflammation of the skin while promoting cell renewal and minimizing scarring. It can aid with insomnia, anxiety, nervous tension, mental clarity, and mood swings. Lavender is thought to bring balance to the body, promoting consciousness, health, love, and an overall sense of well-being.
