A medium-dry cider made in collaboration with Martin Berkeley of Pilton Cider. Merlin and Martin selected the apple varieties together, before the subsequent blend of juice was "ke eved", a traditional and artisanal fermentation process that results in natural carbonation, drawing on the juice's own sugars without the need for additives. 330ml ABV 4.5% *please note all order placed after Tuesday 19th December at 9am, will be shipped out in the New Year.
