Each board is finished with the same finish we use on all out cutting and serving boards. This is a mineral oil-free, organic fractionated coconut oil and topped with our board butter (an organic fractionated coconut oil and organic beeswax blend). Each board arrives with a 2oz board butter tin to keep this piece oiled and fresh.
