Smudge yourself daily to remove bad energy, center and heal energy. Smudging has been used for centuries in many cultures to create a cleansing and clearing smoke. The smoke is used as a bath to purify the body, aura, energy or other space or personal items. Incorporate this daily ritual to cleanse yourself, home, office or personal space. Idea to use before mediation, after client visits, after guests or prior to moving into a new home or office. This practice will remove toxic or stagnate energies, to allow for good energies, focus and abundance. Directions: First light a leaf of White Sage and place in the abalone shell, circle the smoke around your body focusing on your Charkas, use the feather to direct the smoke, follow by lighting the Palo Santo or (Holy Wood) stick and circle the smoke around you.
