Dual-Action Crème Conditioner (DCC) with Plant Extracts can be used as a daily rinse out conditioner or for an intense deep conditioning pac. It instantly detangles the hair, moist urizes, protects and extends the life of hair color. DCC leaves the hair feeling luxuriously soft and manageable. Application: For daily conditioning, place a small amount in palm of hand, liquefy and disperse through hair. For fine hair, use a lesser amount or apply to ends only. For an intense deep conditioning pac, shampoo hair with Dual-Action Crème Shampoo, apply a mixture of DCC & 10 drops of POWERTOOLS The Color Accelerator, TCA; cover with a plastic bag.
