Co-designed with psychologists and educators, the program builds social and emotional learning (SEL) and mental fitness across the whole-school community through curriculum-aligned lessons, developmentally appropriate resources, and tailored teacher training. Digital lessons for Years 1–6 can be easily integrated into classrooms and extended to homes via the free Smiling Mind App, empowering students, educators, and families anytime, anywhere.
