The use of wild yeasts in the fermentation process contributes to the potent character of the rums produced. Made entirely from Wedderburn and Plummer pot still distillates, Smith & Cross bursts with bold notes of caramelized banana, tropical fruit, and spice, finishing earthy and dry.
