Smoky grey softens when lit and is a darker smoke when off. Clear textures allow sparkling light to pass through with accents of steel blue. This unique shape is nice if you need h eight but do not want to take up a lot of space on your desk or table. The base accepts a 3 way energy efficient or halogen bulb. The foot of the granite has heavy grade rubber feet to protect from scratching and allow room for the cord. Body is copper tubing with a dark patina. Some slight undertones of copper may be visible through the dark patina. Granite and patina vary slightly from base to base.
