Easily infuse your cocktails with a rich smoky flavour, bringing out woodsy tannic notes, with the Smoked Cocktail Kit from Viski. The kit comes with a glass infuser carafe, silico ne stopper, smoking stand, 20 smoking pellets, and a recipe book. Place a smoking pellet in the stand, light and when it’s burning steadily blow it out, place the open end of the decanter on top of the stand and allow the carafe to fill with smoke. Use the carafe stopper to trap the smoke while you prepare your cocktail. Pour the cocktail in the carafe, swirl gently, and serve. Enjoy the way the smoky flavour balances out sweeter flavours and adds a layer of sophistication dryness to your favourite drink. Show more
