This hand smoked maple sugar is a must for any pantry. It is good to add to already smoky foods, or to sprinkle on French toast, granola or a fruit salad. Adding a rich , smoky, un der flavour to marinades, or baked goods will elevate the other flavours. Just add a pinch to olive oil ( or smoked olive oil!) to glaze meat and fish.
