The Greendale Fishmongers are now cold-smoking our fish on site at the Farm Shop, using beechwood chips. Try our taster-sized portions of Smoked Monkfish tail. The subtle, deliciou s flavour will deepen during cooking thanks to the central bone, which will also help to keep the fish in one piece.
