We use 1/2 LMW (Low Molecular Weight) and 1/2 HMW (High Molecular Weight) Hyaluronic Acid. The LMW hyaluronic acid (Sodium hyaluronate) penetrates deeper into skin cells. The HMW stays on top of the skin cells to provides a smooth feel, which is why it makes a fantastic primer once it dries on the skin. Sometimes brands market their HA serums as being 100% hyaluronic acid. That is not possible.
