It took me forever to find a turnip green seed that produced a smooth leaf like the ones you buy at the grocery store. All the turnip seeds at the home stores are for the vegetable and not for the green, so the leaves are all fuzzy and the dragons were not happy with them. Whenever I got the smooth top turnip greens from the grocery store, they were the dragons favorites, so I had to find some. At $84 a pound, these seeds are not cheap, but our dragons are worth it! These are the Japlanese Nozawana seeds and they will grow in all climates. They grow super fast and are ready to harvest in 6 weeks! Yummmm! Small packet contains approximately 1500+ seeds and the 1 oz packet contans 12,000+! Plant when the weather is cool. Grows to harvest in 30 days To grow, plant 10 to 20 seeds in soil spaced at 6" apart, then top with 1/4" layer of light soil. Water twice a day, should sprout within 2 or 3 days.Let your first plants grow about 2 weeks, then plant another 10 to 20 seeds, and so on to keep a constant supply growing as you use them. Show more
