Some items may require transfer from the supplier’s central warehouse, which may affect delivery timelines. We recommend ordering a minimum of 10% extra material to account for cutting, breakage, and future repairs. Complex layouts may require additional overage. Tile is a fragile product, and long-distance shipping may increase the risk of breakage. While we take every precaution when packaging and work with trusted carriers, minor breakage during transit may occur. If you have questions about suitability, layout planning, or installation best practices, our team is here to help.
