Crafted in the coastal town of Mount Eliza, our smudge sticks are carefully handmade by Jane from My Tribe of Three. Each bundle is thoughtfully wrapped with certified organic Cali fornian White Sage, Crystal of your choice, Australian rose petals, and delicate 100% natural cotton thread. This traditional art of smudging has been used for centuries and offers a multitude of benefits, including purifying negative energy and promoting emotional and spiritual balance. It also encourages mindfulness, reduces stress and anxiety, and can improve focus and clarity during meditation or work. By embracing this ancient practice, you can also find a sense of grounding and connection to traditions and cultures, and the natural world. To cleanse your space begin by opening all of your windows. Then, remove the crystal, flowers and Palo Santo stick from the smudge stick and place it in the area you wish to cleanse. Using a candle or matches, light the Sage smudge stick and hold it at a downward angle towards the flame. Once the flame is extinguished leaving smoke and embers, gently move around your space while focusing on releasing any negative energy. Our smudge sticks are designed to help you find your true path, so make sure to set clear intentions and be mindful of your thoughts. When you are finished, place the smudge stick in a fireproof dish. For the best results, Jane recommends starting with the Sage Smudging stick and then finishing with Palo Santo for a sweet and inviting aroma.
