Palo Santo - is great for the removal of negative energy + relaxation. | How to Use a Sage Smudge |To use your smudge, open a window or door to ensure your space is well ventilated. Place the sage bundle on a glass or ceramic surface + light the tip of the bundle until the leaves are thoroughly lit (may take up to 60 seconds). When the flame appears, blow the flame out so the herb will smolder and release smoke. Fan or blow on the burning embers to keep the smoke alive during the cleansing process. You may cleanse yourself first by encircling the smoke around you, between your legs + over your heart. Move around the room wafting the smoke in every direction of the area.
