Snakes continually shed their skin and are considered an ancient symbol of re-birth and renewal. This eye catching ring was created by transforming a Victorian era brooch (circa 18 70-1880) into a 14k gold ring. The snake is silver topped 14k gold and accented with tiny turquoise cabochons and a ruby eye. The ring measures 1.4 inches from north to south by 0.7 inches wide, and it is in very good condition.
