A round, full-bodied sweetness. Just prior to bottling, we added a dollop of Gewurztraminer, which complements the Riesling with its effusive aromatics. Seductive, sweet apricot ar omas captivate the nose of our Snap Dragon Riesling. Full and round in the mouth, the flavors develop radiance with ripe peach and yellow nectarine highlighted by key lime and rose petal. A crisp acidity accents the suggestive sweetness for a poised, pleasant wine. Serve chilled with spicy summer dishes such as chili-rubbed prawns or Thai noodle salad. Show more
