[ABOUT] Unlike traditional pour overs, that strictly rely only on shape, ribs, and pouring technique, Snap™ sends a repeatable force by using the shape and angle of the knocker, that spread evenly through the coffee bed during the brew. Each snap helps release trapped CO₂ and air, improve saturation, and settle the bed without stirring or swirling. The 58° angle creates a deeper coffee bed, increasing the effect of the snap through the slurry. Curved internal vents help the wet paper attach firmly to the wall through capillary adhesion, reducing bypass tendency while giving gas a clean path out. The result is a brewer designed for more consistent bloom, better bed uniformity, and cups with more sweetness, clarity, and balance.
