Snappy is an easy drinking barrel aged saison that is bright, tart and spritzy with a touch of funk and oak. It has notes of dried apricot, peach, yellow sour patch kids. This thin g is dang snappy!In collaboration with our friends at Escarpment Labs, Snappy was brewed in December 2020 with 100% Ontario ingredients and rested in French oak barrels for 8 months before patiently conditioning and naturally carbonating in the bottle for a further 9 months.A portion of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to the Picton Food Bank.
