This cheesecake is just yummy on all levels. If you love Sugar Cookies, Snickerdoodles or just Cinnamon Sugar, Oh boy are you in for a treat. We start with a crust of yep Snicker Doodle complete with cinnamon sugar, then we use a heavy dose of Madagascar Vanilla for a rich flavored Cheesecake, and top it all off with a heavy dusting of Cinnamon/Sugar.
