The D745 includes a high-speed USB port to connect accessories such as headsets or WiFi sticks, and a gigabit Ethernet switch for connecting LAN or VPN clients to provide an additional layer of security. Discontinued Snom has officially announced that the D745 desk phone has reached ‘End of Sale’ therefore once these models have gone, they will not be replenished. The D745 will continue to be supported until August 2020. As a replacement model, we recommend taking a look at either the Snom D345 or the D785, which both offer a suitable alternative.
