How to use it Lay the Snoozle flat on your side of the bed, on top of your regular sheet, with the openings at the top and bottom. Lie on your back on it, roughly from your shoulders to your thighs. That's it. From the first night, turning is a gentle slide instead of a lift. Size and materials 72 × 75 cm (about 28 × 30 inches), which covers the part of you that does the turning.
