So Kalm liquid can be used to calm and focus nervous, anxious, excitable and distracted horses. Equine America So Kalm liquid contains L-Tryptophan and Magnesium along with Agnus Castus (Chaste Berry). L-Tryptophan is a naturally occurring amino acid that is responsible for controlling concentration and excitement. Magnesium plays an important role in nerve health therefore a lack of magnesium in the diet can be linked with anxiety and tension. One bottle is a 31 day supply for an average 500kg horse.
