These salts can be used either in a bath or while soaking your feet to wind down and relax after a stressful day. If you are taking a bath, add the whole tube of salts, if you are soaking your feet, add about half. To keep the mess of the botanicals contained, try adding salts to a mesh or muslin bag before placing in water. Ingredients include magnesium flakes, Epsom salt, pink Himalayan salt, sodium bicarbonate, botanicals, and essential oils. Use as needed. Essential oils may cause the salts to not look "aesthetically pleasing" by turning the botanicals dark in color, or look "oily" after sitting for 1-2 months.
