Not all batches of soap come out the way they were intended. Some of these are experiments and prototypes - future products in development. Some of them are just mistakes. In some cases the material can be salvaged, melted back down and re-used in other bars. In some cases... not so much, so here we are. Its still perfectly good soap. It just either doesn't smell like I wanted, or doesn't look the way I wanted. You don't get to pick what soap you get here, its a gacha, minus the SSR tier. SSR is pay-to-play with the regular bars.
